The Avanta Pakkawood 2 Piece Kullens Carving Set consists of an 8” carving knife and a 7” heavyweight bolstered fork. The Carving knife has kullens ground into the blade to reduce drag and produce perfectly thin slices. The sturdy carving fork holds the meat securely in place and is used to easily transfer carved meat when serving.
